What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Shopify Payments (credit cards) and PayPal.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, current shipping times are longer than usual and may vary between 20-30 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow the shipment.
How can I cancel or change an order?
We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible at info@myluxis.com . If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to assist you.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14 day right of withdrawal from receipt of the product. For more details see our “Right of Withdrawal” page.
Are the products covered by warranty?
Yes, all products sold are covered by the legal guarantee provided by current legislation.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Of course, you can return the product within 14 days and receive a refund, unless the product falls within the exclusions provided by law.
